I just found out that I lost a personal hero yesteday. Steve Irwin was a passionate conservationist, whom was dedicated to preserving wildlife and educating others. I never had a chance to meet him in person, and I will always regret that, but I do still plan to visit Australia Zoo in the next year as part of my trip across Australia. He will be missed.
